For all my art lovers out there, this place is definitely worth a visit. There is a wide range of art up for display, ranging in age from the late 1800s to today. Alongside the older works are pieces on view courtesy of the Alan Avery Art Company, owners of one of the oldest contemporary art galleries in Atlanta. Lectures will be hosted every Wednesday in February at 7pm, for those of you interests in learning about the history and technique behind the landscape genre.
Following this exhibit, OUMA will feature two new shows beginning March 22:
OPTIC CHASM: The Crossing Over of Art and Science and
BLIND/SIGHT: Conversations with the Visually Inspired
